“Horses in Stable” oil on wood panel  by Belgian artist Gustave Colsoulle (b. 1843 d. 1895). He was most well known for his paintings of landscapes and of animals, horses in particular. He has works housed in the British Museum, and the Museum in Antwerp.

Condition:  In stable and excellent condition. Recently restored, surface clean, new varnish applied. Small areas of fleck inpainting, age related frame impressions.
